Nwachukwu Chidozie Nduka

Lead for Project G.O.A.T. Uganda

Nwachukwu Chidozie Nduka is a native from the Obingwa Local Government Area of Abia State, Eastern Nigeria. 

As a teenager, he was always inquisitive on how electrical, mechanical and automotive machinery worked and this was his heart’s motivation that led him into the field of engineering. Being a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Coventry, Chidozie emulated the principles of being enthusiastic, flexible and innovative, passion-driven, and being a quick learner with excellent team working abilities and leadership qualities. This further led him to pursue a Master’s Degree in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. 

Additionally, Chidozie participated in Nigeria’s National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), enabling him to acquire the spirit of self-reliance by encouraging himself to develop skills for self-employment and also to contribute to the accelerated growth of the national economy and furthermore to develop common ties among the Nigerian youths and promote national unity and integration (Which United all Nigerians from different Ethnicity and Tribe to become One Nigeria).

He has worked as a Business Development Manager for a services provider to the mechanical, civil, marine, oil and gas industries in Nigeria by which he helped to deliver new business opportunities including new market areas, latest engineering trends, industry global customers as well as new products and services. It was this exact experience that brought him to Christine Gavin & Company in 2021 to advance work on Project G.O.A.T. Uganda.
